I'm Bradley Norman, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. For nine years I've owned ArborPlus, a field-service platform that runs daily operations, reporting, customer workflows, and executive decision-making. I treat live field operations as the blueprint for data and AI products: find the recurring pain, validate it against real operating data, ship the workflow, and measure whether it saves time, protects margin, or improves decisions.

- Moved production reporting into ArborPlus with historical snapshots, plan-versus-actual reconciliation, and operational drill-downs.
- Built forecasting, capacity, pricing, margin, waiting-work, and job-performance systems that turn operating questions into repeatable decisions.
- Delivered CRM, communications, and workflow integrations while designing AI-assisted systems for document routing, management summaries, and recurring back-office work.

Results from the current role
- Engineered and validated an AI-enabled production forecasting engine across roughly 140 to 150 proposals a week, flagging high-risk jobs before proposals are sent.
- Shipped AI-assisted arborist report and contract workflows into the core platform, saving 1 to 2 hours per arborist report.
- Built KPI reporting and insight agents that draft slides and operating narratives, cutting roughly 40 leadership hours a week of manual research.
- Delivered sales-conversion-to-production reporting weekly to the board, daily to the executive team, and by territory.
